Passing under a typical Tuscan terracotta arch and down a couple of steps one finds the spacious bathroom with shower. There is also plenty of space in the bedroom which is furnished with a pretty iron-frame bed, armchair, mirror and double wardrobe.
The terrace is separated from the terrace of Urania’s neighbour, Athena, by several tall potted plants. An interconnecting door between the two means that they can be rented together.

The Security Deposit is 250 Euro or equivalent in your own currency, this will be held by the owner for the duration of your stay. Any damages plus heating, where applicable, costs will be taken from this with the remainder returned at the end of your holiday.
Central heating only in winter (sum to be deducted on departure according to consumption: €5,00/m3).
Tourist tax: 2,00 Euro per person, per night for the first 7 nights, some exemptions apply.
